Frequently Asked Questions.
How much is pallet storage?
Pricing is $20/pallet/month, or $25/pallet/month. There is also a one time $20/pallet handling fee assessed upon receipt of the pallets.
How much is cross-docking?
We offer cross-dock services for $20 per pallet with a $200 minimum.
Do I need an appointment?
We request at least 24 hours notice in normal situations, but are flexible since we understand the unique difficulties of refrigerated storage/transportation.
Do you offer picking services?
Picking services starting at $.50 per case. If there will be a significant amount of picking we can negotiate a lower rate.
What Temperatures do you support?
We offer freezer solutions in for -5 in Ogden, 0, and 34 degrees in Salt Lake.
What are your hours?
Our normal hours are daily 0800-1700, but we do have staff on site 24/7 in the event of emergencies.
Do you offer EDI/API
EDI/API services are available with the premium storage option.
